Do you check the following characteristics?

  • You have a number of years of experience as a lawyer.
  • You have an affinity with legal areas in a B2B context, in particular corporate law in the broadest sense (a.o. M&A, contracts, legal proceedings, corporate governance and directors liability, conflict management and data protection).
  • You have a thorough knowledge of German, Spanish and/or French (additional asset).
  • Complex files do not scare you.
  • You describe yourself as ambitious and committed.

We are a multidisciplinary law firm with a focus on national and international entrepreneurs and with offices in Hasselt and Brussels. Our team consists of lawyers, tax advisors, and legal assistants.
